1. Eligibility for Returns:
Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return.
Custom-printed products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Requesting a Return:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the issue.
- All replacement products will be delivered in 5-10 business day post approval.
3. Refunds & Replacements:
Once your return is approved, we will offer:
A full refund to your original payment method, OR
A replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds are Credited within 7–10 days.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized products (unless damaged).
Items used or not in original condition.
